# BlueSpy vs Ftools Pro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ftools Pro at every 2 weeks against BlueSpy's every 17 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BlueSpy sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Ftools Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BlueSpy ships an update every 17 months, Ftools Pro every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
