It’s especially useful when you’re filming in public or working with people in the background. These days, it’s risky to use someone’s image or likeness — even in the background — without a release. Key Features: ● Obtain talent, minor, and location releases ● Send releases via email to be filled out and returned ● Add a witness (optional) ● Enter, or enter and share with the release with the talent – two buttons. ● Capture old paper releases ● All releases are searchable by name, project, or date ● Use our included contracts or upload your own ● Automatically insert your name, logo, address, and signature once. ● Included contracts give you full legal rights to use, manipulate, and monetize the content — now and in the future, including stock library sales. ● It even includes a provision if the photographer is a minor, allowing a parent or guardian to sign once for legally binding contracts. Own your work — completely. Signers waive compensation unless a separate agreement is in place. This is the most powerful and easy-to-use release app available — and it’s totally free. With :10 Talent Release, getting a release is so quick and painless, people won’t think twice. You ask, they sign, and you’re protected.
