# Focus Now vs Pomatic

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pomatic at every 3 days against Focus Now's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Now sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.39 per 7 days and Pomatic sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
