# Media Memento vs Notebooks

The clearest difference is rating: Notebooks at 1.5 against Media Memento's 1.0. Notebooks also leads on ratings volume (12 vs 1). Media Memento's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Notebooks holds the better App Store score, 1.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notebooks has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
