# Be Positive vs Affirm

The clearest difference is update cadence: Affirm at every 5 days against Be Positive's fortnightly. Be Positive's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Be Positive sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Affirm sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Be Positive ships an update fortnightly, Affirm every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and September 13, 2026 respectively.
