# ZAGON vs UnicornGo

The clearest difference is ads: ZAGON at none against UnicornGo's shown. ZAGON also leads on rating (3.8 vs 3.5) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). UnicornGo's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (65% vs 50%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ZAGON holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of ZAGON's written reviews are positive against 65% of UnicornGo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ZAGON ships an update every 3 weeks, UnicornGo every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
