# Speed reading vs AI Spanish Learning

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AI Spanish Learning at 56% against Speed reading's 25%. AI Spanish Learning also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 weeks). Speed reading's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Speed reading sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and AI Spanish Learning sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Speed reading holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 143 and 128 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Speed reading's written reviews are positive against 56% of AI Spanish Learning's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Speed reading ships an update every 5 weeks, AI Spanish Learning every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
