# Arrow vs Vscale

Arrow and Vscale both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 78% of Arrow's written reviews are positive against 15% of Vscale's. Arrow also leads on ratings volume (9.1K vs 1K) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arrow sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.39 per month and Vscale sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Arrow against 4.7 for Vscale. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arrow has 9.1K ratings behind it against 1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 78% of Arrow's written reviews are positive against 15% of Vscale's.

Arrow ships an update every 2 weeks, Vscale fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
