# BagMate vs SunRay App

The clearest difference is update cadence: SunRay App at weekly against BagMate's every 2 months. SunRay App also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BagMate sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SunRay App sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BagMate ships an update every 2 months, SunRay App weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
