Too many choices? Know what needs doing but can’t quite begin? OneToday picks one task from your list and helps you find a smaller first move. Keep the rest out of view and count the progress you make. Getting started is hard. Switching can be, too. HELP ME START Use your selected task or enter any activity without making a list. Find a concrete first move, prepare what you need, or try a small part with permission to stop. If you’re still stuck, try a different approach. HELP ME SWITCH Leave a “When I return…” note before moving on. Save where you left off, then find a first move toward your next activity. Reopen your note from Saved places when you’re ready to return. CHOOSE YOUR NUDGE Try a gentle cue or an optional 30-second challenge to begin. Turn the countdown off whenever you like. OneToday remembers your choice and asks whether you got started. Starting never marks the whole task done. QUICK ACCESS Open Help me start or Help me switch through Siri or Shortcuts. Add either action to a Shortcuts widget for quick access. You can use these flows without setting up a task list. ADHD-FRIENDLY BY DESIGN One task in view, smaller first moves, return notes, and a choice of cues offer practical support for moments of choice overload and task inertia. Use what helps you and change what doesn’t. MAKE ROOM FOR PROGRESS Add your own tasks or edit a Starter Idea. Eligible urgent tasks are prioritized when you ask OneToday to pick, and future tasks wait until their start dates. Completed tasks and First Moves grow your pressure-free Momentum line. Your return notes, cue preference, and starting feedback stay on this device. Saved places remain until you delete them. Block Screen Time

You already know something's been "off" for a while but can't quite place the feeling. The constant scrolling. The extra heavy brain fog. The feeling of moving through each day on complete autopilot and then wondering where your time went... Yeah, that's not you. It's just the world we live in. There are external systems put in place to keep you overstimulated, anxious, and at best, barely functioning. Your nervous system has been running on empty trying to bridge the emotional gap. Monk Space is your dopamine detox safe space to just be... you. Not just another meditation app or some screen time blocker that makes you feel guilty. This is your personalized space to decompress, reset, reflect, and reconnect with the your favorite version of you, the version that existed before the outside noise took over. Ten minutes or less. That's all it takes. In those ten minutes you get a guided session built around your goals, a micro journal to process what you're actually feeling, and a daily mood check-in that tracks your mental health patterns over time. No leaderboards or any unnecessary noise to keep you hooked. Just you, and some sweet peace and quiet. -Who is this for?- The people who use Monk Space consistently report the same things. Better sleep. Longer focus. Lowered anxiety. The feeling of being present in a conversation instead of somewhere else in their head. These are not dramatic transformations, but they are the small, compounding results for giving your nervous system a daily off-ramp. This app was built for the people that are tired of feeling "stuck" in life and who are craving something different. Here's a deeper dive for what's inside: -Daily Sessions. A focused timer with optional soundscapes including white noise, brown noise, rain, and ocean sounds. -Voice and Text Journal. Record a short voice memo or write a few lines after each session. Over time your journal eventually becomes a pattern and you get clear analytics as to what that pattern is telling you. -Clarity Score. A weekly view of how steady your mind has been. Not a random vanity metric, but a real signal, based on your sessions, your mood check-ins, and your consistency over time. -Mood Check-ins. A simple post-session question with no right answer, eventually building into something more valuable the more you show up. Now if we're being completely honest, Monk Space probably won't fix your life in a week. Nothing will. But if you give it ten minutes a day for thirty days, you'll notice a subtle shift. The space between an emotional trigger and your reaction gets a tiny bit wider, the urge to pick up your phone gets a little quieter, and most importantly you start making conscious choices instead of just surviving. That's the whole point... Your safe space to get more space and just be... you. See you in there.
