# Manga Reader Plus vs Comick

The clearest difference is rating: Manga Reader Plus at 4.4 against Comick's 2.6. Manga Reader Plus also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 11). Comick's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 8%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Manga Reader Plus sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Comick sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Manga Reader Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Manga Reader Plus has 1.6K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of Manga Reader Plus's written reviews are positive against 33% of Comick's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
