# NoteGrid vs ForgeBlock

The clearest difference is ads: NoteGrid at none against ForgeBlock's shown. NoteGrid also leads on chart position (#157 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteGrid sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and ForgeBlock sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
