# Bear's Coffee Stand vs Beholder

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Bear's Coffee Stand at none against Beholder's 1. Bear's Coffee Stand also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 53%). Beholder's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beholder sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Bear's Coffee Stand asks for nothing beyond the download.

Beholder holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beholder has 245 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Bear's Coffee Stand's written reviews are positive against 53% of Beholder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bear's Coffee Stand ships an update every 4 months, Beholder every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
