# Dreaming vs Passive Spanish

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Dreaming at 208 against Passive Spanish's 6. Passive Spanish's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dreaming sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Passive Spanish sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Passive Spanish holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dreaming has 208 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 88% of Dreaming's written reviews are positive against 100% of Passive Spanish's.
