# Dreaming vs Aurelia

The clearest difference is monetization model: Aurelia at free against Dreaming's free with in-app purchases. Aurelia also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 81%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Dreaming's advantage is ratings volume (230 vs 20). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dreaming sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Aurelia sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Aurelia holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dreaming has 230 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 81% of Dreaming's written reviews are positive against 100% of Aurelia's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
