# Martin vs Scribble Save

The clearest difference is update cadence: Scribble Save at every 3 days against Martin's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Martin sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $35.00 per month and Scribble Save sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Martin ships an update weekly, Scribble Save every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
