# Wigyy vs Parentgiving

The clearest difference is update cadence: Parentgiving at every 5 weeks against Wigyy's every 4 months. Wigyy's advantage is ratings volume (3.7K vs 417). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Wigyy against 4.7 for Parentgiving. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wigyy has 3.7K ratings behind it against 417, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 28% of Wigyy's written reviews are positive against 25% of Parentgiving's.

Wigyy ships an update every 4 months, Parentgiving every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
