# Video Eraser vs NexCut

The clearest difference is rating: Video Eraser at 4.7 against NexCut's 3.5. Video Eraser also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 28). NexCut's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Video Eraser sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and NexCut sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Video Eraser holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Video Eraser has 1.3K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two.
