The clearest difference is update cadence: Oak & Stone at weekly against Sweet Doctors's every 8 months. Oak & Stone also leads on ratings volume (3.9K vs 7) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Oak & Stone against 4.9 for Sweet Doctors. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Oak & Stone has 3.9K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
