# The Encryption vs SecureFile

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: The Encryption at none against SecureFile's 3. SecureFile's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SecureFile sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. The Encryption asks for nothing beyond the download.
