# Circles vs Surge

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Surge at none against Circles's 4. Surge also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). Circles's advantage is device support. On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Circles sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Surge asks for nothing beyond the download.
