# SharePal vs NoteBlob

The clearest difference is price: NoteBlob at Free against SharePal's $8.99. NoteBlob also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). SharePal's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

NoteBlob is free to download; SharePal costs $8.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NoteBlob holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SharePal has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

SharePal ships an update every 3 weeks, NoteBlob weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
