# KicKic vs Folaio

The clearest difference is update cadence: Folaio at weekly against KicKic's every 13 months. Folaio also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KicKic sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Folaio sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KicKic ships an update every 13 months, Folaio weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
