The clearest difference is review sentiment: Launch Lab Baseball & Softball at 100% against WorkMode App's 56%. Launch Lab Baseball & Softball also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). WorkMode App's advantage is rating (3.8 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 11 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

WorkMode App holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WorkMode App has 39 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of WorkMode App's written reviews are positive against 100% of Launch Lab Baseball & Softball's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
