# Passify vs Onion Browser

The clearest difference is update cadence: Onion Browser at every 10 days against Passify's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Passify sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Onion Browser sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Passify ships an update monthly, Onion Browser every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
