# Thought Path vs Today

The clearest difference is rating: Thought Path at 4.3 against Today's 3.5. Thought Path also leads on ratings volume (9 vs 2). Today's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (50% vs 25%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Thought Path sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Today asks for nothing beyond the download.

Thought Path holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Thought Path's written reviews are positive against 50% of Today's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
