# Noteshelf vs Dialed

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Dialed at 100% against Noteshelf's 58%. Dialed also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (daily vs every 3 days). Noteshelf's advantage is ratings volume (7.2K vs 4) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noteshelf sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Dialed sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dialed holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noteshelf has 7.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 58% of Noteshelf's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dialed's.

Noteshelf ships an update every 3 days, Dialed daily. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
