The clearest difference is ads: Bodytone Studio at none against Aleva's shown. Bodytone Studio also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Aleva's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bodytone Studio holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aleva has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
