# Salt Strong vs PeakBite

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Salt Strong at 957 against PeakBite's 2. Salt Strong also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and chart position (#69 vs unranked). PeakBite's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Salt Strong sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and PeakBite sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
