A GPS navigator that speaks Georgian, works offline and runs on CarPlay, plus the tools your car needs: VIN decoder, customs calculator, deadlines, parking and an OBD scanner. Free: car news, one vehicle with its inspection dates, trouble codes and your first real drive. The navigator, the scanner and more are in VINARI+. Car news in Georgian (free) The home screen opens with car news that turns by itself: launches, EVs and tech, safety and recalls, industry moves. Short summaries in Georgian (or English and Russian), today's news and the week's top, each with its source and a link to the original. VIN check Add a vehicle by VIN or by hand. VINs decode on the phone, even offline; Japanese frame numbers are accepted. With VINARI+: US auction damage (incomplete, and the app says so) plus the model's factory recalls, owner complaints and safety rating. Customs and January 1 (VINARI+) Model year and engine size give the amount in lari: excise, duty and fees separately. It matched rs.ge in 29 cases out of 29, offline. The amount steps up on January 1. Buying at a US auction? Your budget gives the maximum bid after shipping, commission and customs. Deadlines and reminders Inspection and gas cylinder dates are free for your vehicle, with reminders seven, three or one day ahead. Insurance, oil and tires go into the VINARI+ calendar. Free home screen widgets too. Navigator (VINARI+) Nelson or Alice calls out the turns in Georgian, whatever the app language. Map, search, routes and voice are on the phone, so it works with no signal. Georgia's roads only, on iPhone and on your car's screen with CarPlay. It counts roundabout exits, suggests lanes and warns of bridges, speed cameras, average-speed sections, speed bumps and railway crossings. Street names are an optional download. With the screen locked the voice keeps guiding. It also tells stories about places on the way. Camera data comes from OpenStreetMap and may be incomplete; road signs come first. Arrival times include the usual traffic for that hour; there is no live traffic. No route is built beyond the occupation line. OBD scanner (VINARI+) Plug an ELM327 adapter into the OBD-II port. VINARI reads the check engine light, trouble codes, VIN, battery and readiness, then answers "Can you drive?" in plain words. Also live data, clearing codes, scan history and a pre-purchase check that compares the car's stored mileage (most 2019 and newer cars have it) with the mileage the seller states. On iPhone the adapter must be Wi-Fi or Bluetooth LE; Classic Bluetooth adapters (PIN 1234) and cables do not work. It reads the engine and emissions only, not ABS or airbags; a mechanic has the final word. A sample scan is free. Trouble codes (free) Type a code like P0420: meaning, likely causes, which mechanic and how urgent. 9,533 codes in Georgian, English and Russian, offline. Also in VINARI+ · QR card under the windshield: passers-by can notify you, and your plate is not on it · Parking: where you left the car, and the way back · Document photos kept on the phone, engine sound and symptoms Free and subscription Free: car news, one vehicle with its inspection and gas cylinder dates and reminders, trouble codes, widgets, a sample OBD scan and your first real drive with the navigator. VINARI+: the navigator, the OBD scanner, unlimited vehicles, the calendar, customs, the QR card, parking, documents, sound and symptoms, recalls and auction damage by VIN.
