# Buzzsprout vs TMX Messenger

The clearest difference is update cadence: TMX Messenger at every 5 days against Buzzsprout's every 2 months. Buzzsprout's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs freemium). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
