# Moon Oracle vs MyLog

The clearest difference is price: MyLog at $3.99 against Moon Oracle's $99.99. MyLog also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Moon Oracle's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (20 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Moon Oracle costs $99.99 and MyLog $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyLog holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Moon Oracle has 20 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Moon Oracle ships an update every 4 days, MyLog monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
