# Sodium Log vs SaltWise

The clearest difference is ads: SaltWise at none against Sodium Log's shown. Sodium Log's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sodium Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SaltWise sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
