# Simplified vs Taskito

Simplified and Taskito both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of Simplified's written reviews are positive against 72% of Taskito's. Simplified also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (187 vs 19). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simplified sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Taskito sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Simplified against 4.6 for Taskito. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Simplified has 187 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 88% of Simplified's written reviews are positive against 72% of Taskito's.

Simplified ships an update every 9 days, Taskito every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
