# Simplified vs Taskmo

The clearest difference is rating: Simplified at 4.6 against Taskmo's 3.0. Simplified also leads on ratings volume (187 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simplified sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Taskmo sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simplified holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Simplified has 187 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Simplified ships an update weekly, Taskmo every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
