# Today App vs PlanRight

The clearest difference is rating: PlanRight at 5.0 against Today App's 3.8. PlanRight also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 64%) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Today App's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Today App sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and PlanRight sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PlanRight holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8.
