# Today App vs StudyJourney

The clearest difference is rating: StudyJourney at 5.0 against Today App's 3.8. StudyJourney also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Today App's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Today App sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and StudyJourney sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StudyJourney holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Today App has 20 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
