# Watch Faces vs iWatch Faces

The clearest difference is rating: Watch Faces at 4.6 against iWatch Faces's 3.0. Watch Faces also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (105 vs 2). iWatch Faces's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 43%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Watch Faces sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and iWatch Faces sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Watch Faces holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Watch Faces has 105 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Watch Faces's written reviews are positive against 80% of iWatch Faces's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Watch Faces ships an update every 10 days, iWatch Faces every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
