# DIGITAL ELD vs GOFRTS

The clearest difference is rating: GOFRTS at 5.0 against DIGITAL ELD's 4.5. GOFRTS also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 months). DIGITAL ELD's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GOFRTS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of DIGITAL ELD's written reviews are positive against 67% of GOFRTS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DIGITAL ELD ships an update every 6 months, GOFRTS every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
