# StrollMemo vs Sigma

The clearest difference is rating: StrollMemo at 5.0 against Sigma's 4.4. Sigma's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (87% vs 60%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StrollMemo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per year. Sigma asks for nothing beyond the download.

StrollMemo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sigma has 54 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of StrollMemo's written reviews are positive against 87% of Sigma's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

StrollMemo ships an update fortnightly, Sigma weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
