# BlockerX Pro vs Habit Developer

The clearest difference is rating: Habit Developer at 5.0 against BlockerX Pro's 4.1. BlockerX Pro's advantage is ratings volume (324 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BlockerX Pro sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $49.99 per month and Habit Developer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Habit Developer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BlockerX Pro has 324 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BlockerX Pro ships an update monthly, Habit Developer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
