# VRDrobe vs thrifter

The clearest difference is update cadence: thrifter at every 2 days against VRDrobe's every 3 weeks. VRDrobe's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VRDrobe ships an update every 3 weeks, thrifter every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
