# VisLive NDI Camera vs OMTake

The clearest difference is update cadence: OMTake at fortnightly against VisLive NDI Camera's every 2 months. VisLive NDI Camera's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VisLive NDI Camera sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and OMTake sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VisLive NDI Camera ships an update every 2 months, OMTake fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
