# OMBAR vs CHUBORY FUN

The clearest difference is update cadence: CHUBORY FUN at weekly against OMBAR's every 6 weeks. CHUBORY FUN also leads on rating (2.4 vs 2.0) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). OMBAR's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%) and ratings volume (106 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CHUBORY FUN holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OMBAR has 106 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of OMBAR's written reviews are positive against 0% of CHUBORY FUN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OMBAR ships an update every 6 weeks, CHUBORY FUN weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
