The clearest difference is update cadence: ParrotPal at every 8 days against BIGLATES's every 6 weeks. BIGLATES's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ParrotPal sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and BIGLATES sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $99.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
