# TwoTwoWidgets vs Fun Widgets

The clearest difference is rating: Fun Widgets at 4.8 against TwoTwoWidgets's 3.7. Fun Widgets also leads on ratings volume (339 vs 3) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). TwoTwoWidgets's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (86% vs 66%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TwoTwoWidgets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year and Fun Widgets sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fun Widgets holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fun Widgets has 339 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of TwoTwoWidgets's written reviews are positive against 66% of Fun Widgets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TwoTwoWidgets ships an update fortnightly, Fun Widgets weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
