# TinyTap ABC vs Munchie Giraffe

The clearest difference is monetization model: Munchie Giraffe at free with in-app purchases against TinyTap ABC's subscription. Munchie Giraffe also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). TinyTap ABC's advantage is ratings volume (498 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TinyTap ABC sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $119.99 per year and Munchie Giraffe sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Munchie Giraffe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TinyTap ABC has 498 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
