# Proload vs Dedicated Coaching

The clearest difference is update cadence: Proload at fortnightly against Dedicated Coaching's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Proload sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and Dedicated Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $199.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
