# 26 Pushups vs Push

The clearest difference is update cadence: Push at every 10 days against 26 Pushups's every 8 months. Push also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

26 Pushups ships an update every 8 months, Push every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
