# FWR vs EliteLab Coaching

FWR and EliteLab Coaching are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters — price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. FWR sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $350.00 per month and EliteLab Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $47.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FWR ships an update every 6 weeks, EliteLab Coaching every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
